• 카탈로그 안에는 다양한 형태의 비용객체(Cost Object)가 존재하는데, 이는 각각의 비용객체에 대한 활동(Activity), 자원(Resources) 및 비용추정관계식 (CER)으로 정의되며, Software 카탈로그의 대상 비용객체는 SOA Government, Software Component, Software COTS, Software Data로 구성
• IT Services 카탈로그의 대상 비용객체는 Application Development Services, Application Services, Database Services, End User Services, Facility and Communication Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure Services, Training Services로 구성

• SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) Governance : 네트워크를 통한 통신 프로토콜을 통해 어플리케이션 구성요소에 의한 다른 구성요소에 서비스가 제공되는 소프트웨어 설계 방법을 위한 비용 객체
• Software Component : 신규, 재사용 또는 수정 소프트웨어의 모든 통합을 나타낼 수 있는 가장 포괄적인 비용객체로 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서 핵심적인 활동들에 대한 비용 추정에 적용되는 비용 객체

● IT Services 카탈로그
IT Services 카탈로그는 Application Development Services, Application Services, Database Services, End User Services, Facility and Communication Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure Services, Training Services 등 IT Services에 대한 조직의 비용추정 및 예산 책정 방식에 더 잘 부합하도록 설계된 카탈로그. 모든 IT Services 비용 객체에는 두 가지 instances가 있으며, 하나는 새 프로젝트용(New Projects)이고 다른 하나는 운영용(Operations).
"New Projects" 비용 객체는 새로운 IT project를 처음부터 모델링 할 때 사용하며, "Operations" 비용 객체는 IT Services의 지속적인 운영 및 유지 관리를 모델링할 때 사용.

  : 정보 기술 응용 프로그램 (예: 맞춤형 개발 CRM)을 개발하고 유지하는 데 드는 비용을 모델링하여 추정하는 비용객체
